Standard hose reels are not suitable for the application of carbon powder, because the media leading parts will be worn out within a short time. In order to achieve high resistance to abrasion and longest possible service life, the media leading parts (reel rotating union, pipe bend) must be made out of adequate materials and the coil must have a larger diameter (d).
